1. The service

FundedProp provides simulated trading evaluation services. All accounts — evaluation and funded — are demo accounts operating in a simulated environment with virtual funds. FundedProp is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, portfolio manager, signal provider, or financial institution. Participants never deposit trading capital and never trade real capital.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and located in a jurisdiction where use of the service is lawful. FundedProp may restrict availability in specific countries; a restricted-countries list will be published with the rulebook.

3. Evaluations, rules and rewards

Each evaluation program is governed by its published, versioned rulebook. Rule changes apply only to evaluations started after the change takes effect, following the published notice period. Performance-based rewards, where applicable, are calculated solely from simulated trading performance under the program rules and are not investment returns, salary, or income from real-market trading.

4. Prohibited conduct

Account sharing, exploiting simulation or data-feed errors, coordinated group trading across accounts, and any practice listed as prohibited in the applicable rulebook may result in evaluation termination. The complete list, with definitions and examples, forms part of each rulebook.

5. Intellectual property, liability, governing law

All site content, branding and program materials are the property of FundedProp [legal entity name and registration — to be completed on legal review]. The service is provided “as is”; to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected evaluation.
