Simulated trading only

Every account on FundedProp — during evaluation and after funding — is a simulated demo account using virtual funds. No real capital is provided to, held for, or traded by participants at any stage. FundedProp does not execute transactions in real financial markets on behalf of any participant.

Not financial services

FundedProp is not a broker, broker-dealer, investment adviser, portfolio management service, signal provider, or copy-trading service, and is not licensed as a financial institution. Nothing on this website is investment advice, a recommendation, or an invitation to invest capital. Educational content describes trading mechanics; it does not tell you what to trade.

Risk of loss

Trading leveraged instruments in real markets carries substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. Skills demonstrated in a simulated environment do not guarantee results in live markets: simulated trading does not fully replicate real execution, liquidity, slippage, or the psychology of risking real money. Simulated performance results have inherent limitations and no representation is made that any account will achieve results similar to those shown.

Fees and rewards

Evaluation fees are payments for access to a simulated assessment, not deposits or investments. There is no guarantee of passing any evaluation or of receiving any reward. Performance-based rewards derive solely from simulated results under the published rules and are not income from real-market trading. The majority of participants in industry trader evaluations do not pass; treat any evaluation fee as a cost you can afford in full.

Availability

The service is intended for users aged 18 or older and is not available where it would be unlawful. A restricted-jurisdictions list publishes with the rulebook.
